Main - with a jeweler's precision to measure ingredients. In my case:
- a boiled potato
- a hard-boiled egg
- ½ small onion
- 4 well, very small cucumber
- ½ boiled chicken breast
- a slice of ham
- 1 pot of green peas (200/140 g)
salt-pepper to taste, and titrated with mayonnaise.
